Return and Refund Policy

 At Pretty Prep, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt). 

To start a return, please email us at prettyprep_@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and print-on-demand practices, we are unable to accept returns on:

• Digital downloads
• Customised or personalised items
• Sale or clearance items
   

💬 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description. We’ll do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.
